Comms Group supported the nationwide rollout of BT WiFi infrastructure across Hilton hotel sites, helping improve connectivity for guests, staff and business users across the UK.

In 2018, Comms Group supported the delivery of a nationwide BT WiFi rollout across Hilton hotel locations throughout the UK.

The project involved working across live hotel environments where planning, communication and careful coordination were essential. Hotel sites present unique challenges, with works needing to be delivered around guests, staff, events, access restrictions and operational requirements.

Our teams supported the installation and delivery of WiFi infrastructure across multiple locations, helping improve connectivity within hotel environments used by both leisure and business customers.

This project demonstrated our ability to work across a national programme, delivering consistently across different sites while maintaining a professional and considerate approach in customer-facing environments.
