In 2021, Comms Group supported multiple full fibre build projects on behalf of Virgin Media, helping deliver high-speed network infrastructure across a number of locations.

The works involved supporting the delivery of new fibre infrastructure through civils, cabling, duct and chamber works, reinstatement and associated network build activity.

Full fibre programmes require strong coordination between planning, site delivery, quality control and reinstatement. Our teams worked across live environments, helping to keep works moving safely and efficiently while maintaining the standards expected on major network delivery programmes.
